I was going to say something else, but I'll just say 65#, caught in a blind set in a run, on a dead snare pole.

Good pics! Some of them are good size. How do you like that "super slim" 330? Never tried one, just blocked next to standard 330 so they couldn't go around.

Spend much time fleshing in the shed, huh? Nice catch. The first really good pics of snare-caught beaver. I'm considering it (beaver is the only thing snares can be used for in the Pine Tree state). Snares much cheaper than 330s.

GREAT pics Whitetail! Love getting the kids involved too.

I'm jealous... my biggest is only 57 pounds. :(

How do you like that 660? *Edit* Oops, just saw the part about that being your Dad. Did you guys modify the 660 yourselves or purchase it?

This was my first year for 660's, I will have the modified before this upcoming season, with belisle springs, specificall for the safeties. They are heavy and cumbersome, but definitely have their place on the line. Albeit not very commonplace.

Spent a ton of time in the shed this year, put up 100% of my furs, but it also is enjoyable, at least to me.

Already happened... got down to 28 degrees last night so my garden got killed. I had so many herbs to dry too. Oh well... The garden had a good year though. :D
