We've been in the 60's the last few days. A possibility of rain showing up tonight.

It's college move in day for my son. I'm taking the day off for work to move him in. Mamma is already feeling the empty nest syndrome.

Have a great day everyone. :D

Nice haul of sang root Chief!
I haven't gotten out yet. It looks like all of labor day weekend will be spent laboring around the house.

Hurricane Harvey has made to my section of the country. It rained all day yesterday and we never got warmer than 60 degrees today. More rain today.

Have a great day everyone. :D

Never got that warm here Chief. Saturday we had rain all day and barely made it to 60, Sunday was on and off rain in the mid 60's and yesterday was spent doing yard work since wit was finally sunny and it was a very warm 80 degrees. We have a cold front moving through today bringing more rain and we're back into the 60's again.

Have a great day everyone. :D

We had rain for half the day yesterday and then has rained all night and still coming down from an oncoming cold front. The grass needs cut real bad but can't get to it.

I went to spot number four on my Garmin..kinda disappointing..lots of sang but well below average size root..i dug 10 ounces and thought this is stupid .all the ones I dug were 4 prongers..some were knee high nice big plants but small root..i spent 45 min.s digging and a hour and a half plucking off the tops, no one will find them this year..just a strange woods.... Cool morning here also at 47. I finally got the grass cut yesterday evening. Then it rained again last night with another cool front that rolled across the great lakes. They say the high temperature won't be much above 60 for the next 7 days.

TGIF Everyone. :D
