Thanks. I braver than everyone else at work. I run the yard, and don't even work in the shop. BUT, when it got in the shop, guess who got it out. I sent one of my hands after the bag. He gave it to me, then ran out the door, along with all the guy's who DO work in the shop. Luckly, as a kid on the farm, they got me so many times, it don't bother me any more. After word, I walked up to the owner. Made sure I was close enough for him to smell me, and told him I'm takin a long lunch.....He didn't argue.
Shop stunk for to weeks, though.

By the way Boomhawr, I saw on another post that you were in the military. I just want to say a big THANK YOU to you and everyone else on here who has served our country. I never had the privilege, but I salute you all and thank you very much!!

Just like doc9013 said, Thank You Boomhawr and anyone else who has been in the military for your service to our country. If it weren't for brave men and women like you it is very likely that we would not live in a free country and have the rights to do all the things that we can do, that includes hunting, trapping, and fishing.

Thanks guys. With all the protesting and things over the past few years, it's always nice to hear we're appreciated, instead of being told how are lives are being "wasted". We do need to hear it now and then.

I wish I could go into one of those protest groups that protest the soldier's funerals and just start swinging. I don't understand how you can say a dead soldier is a good soldier. Makes my blood boil just thinking about it. Thanks again Boom.

As others have said Boomhawr, THANKS FOR YOUR SERVICE! I cannot understand Americans who think FREEDOM IS FREE. I did my time while the Viet Nam conflict was in a full boil and trust me, none of us enjoyed being drafted and never understood then nor now why there are so many SPINELESS AMERICANS.

Drafted into the good ol' US ARMY--1966 thru 1968. Good to have a fellow Texas active on the Forum, I first visited Lake Texoma in 1965.

I checked with the corp office at the lake, and said you can trap any of the hunting areas on eather side. Pretty big lake. Well, unless you're used to the big ones around Michigan like some of you. Big for around here anyway. Maybe one day I'll have time to try it. I actually live across the otherside of the county, so runnin a line before work isn't to easey.

And thank you for serving too. That's about the time my dad was in Danang (sp?) with the Marine Corps.
