How many mpg do your trapline vehicles get? I borrowed an '86 silverado from my granddad this past season and it got around 10 mpg. I eventually had to cut my line down because that truck was killing my wallet :x ! Im hoping by next season to have a Tacoma. That should get at least double mpg to that Chevy.

Well, to run the line I use my God-given legs. To get to the line I use an '88 F150. It got 13 MPG ONCE! I gave up figuring it out after it hit a low of 7 MPG.

Y'all might find this site of interest. The little Kei trucks from Japan might make a good trapping vehicle. If the site doesn't open, do a search for minitrucks. Most have the steering wheel on the right hand side.

A guy near us used to sell them for about 4000 but then he saw someone else getting 7000 and jacked his price up. :(
