Well on one hand I feel it's justice for taking a VERY bad shot. On the other, it is complete, excuse my French, (Please excuse my language, I'm an idiot). I find it very funny that no one heard a gunshot. I wouldn't even know how they could even begin to think he is guilty. Fellas this is just a lesson. A lesson that says take a bad shot and get your just desserts.

Somthing smells fishy. Ill bet some animal rights person set this guy up somehow. Who knows what those people could think up. Another thing, howd that deer get the arrow out?

If they don't pass through when you shoot them then they will usually break off from the animal moving, or the arrow getting hung up on some brush.

In my opinion i blame an uneducated liberal court system. I am not from new jersey but the details that were released via North American Whitetail definitively point towards innocence. How could they explain the fact that there was no bullet found as well as no exit wound. also how would it be possible for a trained wildlife law enforcement official to not be able to tell the difference from a broadhead entrance wound and that from a bullet. Its a darn shame.
