Well, it has been over ten days and nobody has gotten this, yet. It is called an animal poke. It hangs around the neck of a cow, bull, or horse to help prevent them from pushing against a fence to try and graze on the other side. Also, helps keep them from trying to climb over or through the fence. Every time they lower their head, the "T" shaft slides up and pushes against them. Smaller ones worked on goats and sheep.
