Last week was our last frost for this year and because of other she demands was only able to get one garden box built and planted today. Due to the more then average deer population for many years trying to grow a garden is 0. This year I decided to plant close to the deck hoping this will have better results At least I have 6 tomootoe or tomatoe plants as well as some onion and radish and romaine lettuce. If the deer eat them later on I'm not sure we will survive the winter :P

Mrs Wolf does look like she is in COMMAND of the help around the patio "farm"! When fall and winter arrive you can use those planter boxes for firewood and for holding bait carcasses.  Oh yeah, darn good job on the planter boxes.

looks good Wolf. I tried to plant some late corn today but it was just too wet. I pulled a frickin truckload of weeds though and got everything dusted.

Fat chance of that happening, firewood. The only carcase will be mine in that box if I miss one chore.......lol... no she is a good ole girl, now swamp might put me there this fall on his return visit if we do not perform to his expectations.

Very nice flower boxes! What's all that green stuff in the background?
Lol.
I put a garden in. Unfortunately I took a chance with some open pollinated seeds I've had
For some years. They were still good summer before last when I planted in fla.
But obviously my gamble didn't pay off becauce none of the peas or beans or swiss chard came up.
A couple squash seeds produced so as it stands ill have lots of squash. Oh and tomatoes.
I hear its about too late to start seed in the ground. At this late date I wouldn't get much
Of a yield.
Again......great boxes.
