Ok guys and gals...I was just thinking and this hit me like a 650MB (lol...at Jase)
I remember reading this on here and forget where it is but....there was a hide going around that had to be sent to the next person that was interested in holding onto it....or something like that.
ANYWAYS....here are my thoughts:
Maybe Swamp can sticky this somewhere so folks can benefit from it or just enjoy it as I have.
I would be willing to send these DVD's (Marten, Mink, and Fisher Trapping with Bob Noonan from Maine...$100 value) to ANYONE who is interested in watching AND/OR learning from them. Whether you are new to trapping or a seasoned veteran....they can be enjoyable or something to motivate you for an upcoming season, as well as educational for some new folks...like me.
The catch is.....you have to be able and willing to send it to the next person who is interested once you are done watching them.So we all only will have to pay out a few bucks for shipping costs.
Wadda ya think guys?

NO COPIES OF THESE VIDEOS CAN BE MADE TO SEND OR SELL

I think it sounds cool. I don't have any trapping videos because I don't want to pay for them lol, and here I could watch and send to the next person and learn a thing or two.

I am finishing up the fisher video right now...that will do it for me.
Swamp had a great idea and since there are 2 responses that would be interested.....I am going to split up the DVD's as to circulate them quicker and let more folks get to see them. Might have to chase them down if you want to watch them all
So wolf and Nate.....PM me your mailing info and I will get one out to you guys. Will hold on to the 3rd for the next interested party!

Thanks guys and Swamp

I wouldn't mind checking out the mink video sometime. we don't have any marten or fisher around here but wouldn't mind watching them sometime later though. I have 40 cents and a weasel, and rat race by gary schuman that were both good and I wouldn't mind sending them around also if someone wanted to watch them and pass them along.

This is a pretty neat idea, it's like a redbox for trappers! LOL

Hey thanks guys.....I figured a lot of you have helped me get going with tons of great mentorship and guidance so, I like to be able to give back when I can and show some appreciation.
I have received one PM so far from Nate.......the next 2 will get the other DVD's.

To one up this ambush...

After watching these videos, if you have a different video you are willing to add to the collection, you should add it and send it along. i bet after a few times getting passed around it would be quite the collection of videos!!!

Just hope it dont get lost at the Canadian border like the two Grinners did. $100 DVD would be a lost worse than a small hide.

That is a great gesture on your part Ambush. I'm not sure what ever happened to the wandering possum. Ski sent it to me, I sent it to Snowshoe, he sent it out west and then we have not heard from it since.

Best of luck with the traveling DVD's. By the way, I own Bob Noonans mink and fisher videos. I don't have the martin one but as far as I know, there are no martin in PA unfortunately.

$33 / $100 big difference blah blah. LOL

I think both of the possums got lost at the Canadian border.

I can do the same with the Video ( Logging Roads, Lanes, and Laminations) its a Coyote trapping video with a twist of modifying traps, inside, outside lams, I was the camera man and also caught a large majority of the Coyotes in the video, it keys more on trap location than individual sets but has its key points, will send to the 1st PM as long as you all agree to pass it on.

Your welcome guys.
I sent the marten dvd to wolf1199. He is in Canada so it will surely take longer for him to receive it than the others. Just letting you all know where it is so you can pm him if you would like to check it out.
