We have been fishing quite a bit lately. There for quite a while we were out fishing the river for flatheads and blues, we've caught several, but nothing we consider a good size. Yesterday we were all kind of bored, and went out to a pond just a couple miles outside of town. Dad and Wyatt decided to go after bluegill and redear, I decided to see if I could pick up a few crappie. I caught several, had a couple that were about 12", but I also caught this guy.

It measured 15" on the dot

Here a while back, we also went out to a smaller lake not far from here and picked up several warmouth. Didn't know how many on here had seen one before, but here is one. They are much more beautiful when freshly caught, much more bright and vivid, in all honesty, arguably the prettiest fish we have here in Kansas.
