AGENDA 21: THE END OF WESTERN CIVILIZATION
PART 2

By Kathleen Marquardt
February 4, 2012
NewsWithViews.com

In part I, I gave you the first half of the overview of Agenda 21. This is part 2 of the overview. Keep in mind that it is just an overview; I will expound upon the key aspects in later articles.

In order to build a sustainable global community, the nations of the world must renew their commitment to the United Nations, fulfill their obligations under existing international agreements, and support the implementation of Earth Charter principles with an international legally binding instrument on environment and development. The Earth Charter

As Tom DeWeese puts it, “The fact is, Agenda 21 is a blueprint to completely change our society to a top-down planned central economy in a strange mixture of Socialism, fascism and corporatism. This is a political movement led by those who seek to control the world economy, dictate development and redistribute the world’s wealth. They use the philosophical base of Karl Marx, the tactics of Adolph Hitler, and the rhetoric of the Sierra Club.”

The next order of business for the globalist was to convince the general public that the fate of the world was at stake, that we had to do something right now and that “something” would require us to not only give up our standard of living but would have us give up our basic freedoms. But what could they come up with to achieve all this -- a big order even for the Maurice Strong's, Al Gore's and George Soros' of the world.

In the past we were hit with everything from a new ice age to global food shortages and starvation. But those dire threats didn’t pan out; not enough people were willing to swallow the Kool Aid yet. But all those New Age forecasters were not ready to give up on scaring the bejesus out of us. How else would they achieve their ends? Heidi and Alvin Toffler, John Naisbitt, Amatei Etzioni, with the Club of Rome and the Rand Corporation among others, have been looking for that exact universal scare to make us beg them to take control of the world; to have people crying, “just protect us.”

And what did they come up with? A biggie. Environmental Armageddon. Stop everything you are doing and the world might be able to correct itself; go on using natural resources and we doom not only ourselves but the entire rest of the world. What could be better? Put on your hair shirt, get rid of your middle class home and become one with the earth, i.e., throw out God and turn to Gaia worship and then maybe, just maybe, the globalists can steer us into a safe harbor of post-carbon existence. (Note that we will be living in a post-carbon world, but the globalists will still be using carbon because they have to live comfortably so they can better rule over us. Like other extremists i.e. communists and animal rightists, as soon as they get the world in control {set up Utopias, free the animals} they will then join us in the post-carbon nightmare. In their dreams.)

Do you doubt what I am saying, then consider this quote by Alexander King, co-founder of the Club of Rome: “In searching for a new enemy to unite us, we came up with the idea that pollution, the threat of global warming, water shortages, famine and the like would fit the bill…All of these dangers are caused by human intervention…the real enemy then, is humanity.”

Do these scenarios sound familiar? Water shortages, famine, global warming -- all in the news daily; all to make humanity the enemy of Mother Earth, Gaia. We are constantly being bombarded with news stories (like the threat of global warming) that make man the evil doer, a cancer on the face of the earth in spite of evidence to the contrary.[1]

Now that the globalists have decided how to make this “wrenching transformation of society” according to Al Gore, they have been moving quite swiftly and efficiently. The transformation is to get humans first out of the rural areas, then out of the suburbs, and when they have us in the human settlement areas, to reduce our numbers by civil unrest, natural attrition, and eventually starvation. How will this come about?

In conjunction with NGOs (Non-governmental Organizations affiliated with the United Nations) as well as corporations and private individuals, our state and federal governments are working to promulgate rules, regulations, fees and taxes that trickle all the way down to the smallest town, community and individual citizen.

Our local bureaucrats are either ignorant (or pretending to be) of the fact that this is all coming down from above -- from the mighty UN and the global elite. They, the bureaucrats, tell us that they are just working hard to design a template for our future, creating the necessary planning that will take us and our progeny into the next century with sustainability for even future generations and centuries. They claim that none of what they are doing has anything at all to do with the UN; that they are coming up with these cityscapes with stack-em and pack-em housing connecting to public transportation on their own. They claim any talk to the contrary is just the claptrap of right wing radical conspiracy theorists; they figure if they tell this lie often enough, as Nazi Joseph Goebbels said, people will believe it and drink the Kool Aid.

People are waking up to the dishonesty and collusion, enough so that the powers-that-be, the NGOs and the global elite, are having to rename things to try to hide them again. Consider this quote from J. Gary Lawrence, a planner for the city of Seattle, and an advisor to the President’s Council for Sustainable Development: “Participating in a U.N. advocated planning process would very likely bring out many…who would actively work to defeat any elected official…undertaking Local Agenda 21. So we will call our process something else, such as “comprehensive planning,” “growth management,” or “smart growth.”

Do you see what I mean?

In his new Sustainable Development Manual, Tom DeWeese pulls these quotes from the UN’s Our Common Future: Sustainable Development involves “. . . a progressive transformation of the economy and society (p.43), . . . international interdependence (p. 47), . . . redistribution of wealth (p.50), . . . less material and more equitable growth (p.50-52), . . . ensuring a sustainable level of population (p.55), . . . merging environment and economics in decision making (p.62), . . . and a new ethics that will include the relationship between man and nature above all (p.71). Clearly there is more to Sustainable Development than good stewardship of natural resources.[2]

Put that all together and it equals what we so-called conspiracy theorists have been saying all along: this is a plan to control every aspect of our lives, economic, environmental, spiritual, educational, reproduction. The state will not only be in our pocketbooks and our bedrooms, but in our schools and churches. They will decide what foods we can eat (food-sheds), if we can have children, how much education each child will be allowed, how much space we can inhabit, and what we will worship -- Jehovah or Gaia or something else entirely.

So how is Al Gore’s wrenching transformation going to transpire?

There are five paths being used to transform America from the land of the brave to the pen of the slave, they are:

For the rural areas it’s the Wildlands Project.

For the cities it’s smart growth.

In business it’s Public/Private Partnerships.

In government it’s called stakeholder councils and non-elected boards and regional government – or reinvented government.

And in the schools it is called No Child Left Behind.

Wildlands Project

Dave Foreman, formerly of the Wilderness Society and the Nature Conservancy, first dreamed up Earth First!, the club of eco-terrorists, then decided to play “grown up” and along with Arne Naess (Norwegian deep-ecologist), drew up the plans to re-wild North America. I say that he was playing at being grown up because no sane, reasoning person would want to take civilization back to a primitive stage.

The Wildlands Project literally calls for the “re-wilding” of 50% of all the land in every state – back to the way it was before Christopher Columbus set foot on this land.

In 1983, when Foreman first dreamed up the scheme for the Wildlands Project, he said: “It is not enough to preserve the roadless, undeveloped country remaining. We must re-create wilderness in large regions: move out the cars and civilized people, dismantle the roads and dams, reclaim the plowed lands and clearcuts,-- reintroduce extirpated species.”

In order to re-wild America, the people must go somewhere else. They must be driven from their farms and rural homes (and even cabins) and crammed into cities, in Newspeak, human settlements. Human settlements is a much more descriptive word for the globalists plans than cities, as cities as we know them will be mutated into holding areas for great numbers of human beings. (See Smart Growth below.)

The Wildlands Project (the product of a very disturbed mind, as I intimated before) actually became the blueprint for the UN’s Biodiversity Treaty. So now we have an eco-warrior’s sick idea of Utopia becoming the prototype for international re-wilding of the world and it has the power of law.

And what kind of person gleefully says, “Isn’t the only hope for the planet that the industrial nations collapse? Isn’t it our responsibility to bring that about?” That was Maurice Strong basically praising Foreman’s folly at the Earth Summit.

Smart Growth

The second path to Sustainable Development is Smart Growth. According to the Wildlands map, certain areas have been designated as human habitat areas; those are the larger cities of our country. You might want to look human habitat areas this way: it is rather like at a zoo. Creatures are penned and other creatures are free to roam and look at the penned creatures; this time it will be humans in the pens and the animals having the run of the country.

There are many ways in which the globalists are achieving this scenario. One was the U.S. Conference of Mayors in San Francisco. On June 5 (World Environment Day), 2005, two documents - the "Green Cities Declaration" and the "Urban Environmental Accords" - were presented. Every mayor in attendance signed them. The two documents are part and parcel of the United Nations’ Agenda 21. The first is the declaration that the mayors of all the cities of the United States and the world are going to be the implementers of Agenda 21. The second explains how it will be implemented, closing with the statement “The goal is for cities to pick three actions to adopt each year.” (more about this in a future article)

"They will decide what food we will eat " ........

Anyone hear about the little 4 year old girl in North Carolina ? Her momma packed her a nice lunch... turkey and cheese sandwich, banana , chips, and apple juice. It didn't meet government standards, so the school made her eat chicken nuggets, and charged the mother for the "meal".

:--? :--? :--?

 You are right on Doc! Now that the cable channels have raised a ruckus about the FOOD INSPECTORS at preschools, the spokesperson at the school that took the 4 year old's lunch said they made a mistake with the chicken nuggets and should have given the little girl a carton of milk to round off her sack lunch. How pitiful, she already had a turkey/cheese sandwich, potato chips, a banana and a carton of apple juice. I would never want another person to over rule me on what I decide one of my children or grandchildren eat if I have chosen it. WE ARE BECOMING A NANNY STATE and anyone who would vote for another round of OBAMA deserves what they get (or give up)!

Because down here it is easier to send them to pre-school or even pre pre-school kids to school rather than keep them at home or pay a sitter.

Can you explain easier :?: I guess we might not be normal here on the farm  , but I wouldn't send my kids to kindergarten and have always had one parent at home. I'm kinda/sorta of the thinking that I'd rather bring my children up with my views on life than have some other person raise them who can't find anything better than a minimum wage job  . Didn't Germany before and during WW2 take children to raise by the state in order to have a better grasp on their thoughts  .

I will not disagree that we should raise our children but "keeping up with the Jones" has become a life style down here and NO ONE wants to have less than the next! Priorities have changed and it is about having not things more so than being a FAMILY UNIT. We don't have to wonder about the disrespect that adults get from the youth....why respect those who hold no control over you? Everything is PC (politically correct) and EVERYONE has THEIR RIGHTS....at least they think they do.....the Gov't will soon show them who had the POWER TO CONTROL unless we do a 180% change in thinking!

Geez Swamp, the Jones up here are in debt up past their breathing tubes and you gotta know I sure as [L] don't want to keep up to that  . I always kinda/sorta thought that free thinking people came up with the most good ideas cause they were allowed to freely think  . If'n my boys are disrespectful then the free thinking gets them a size ten doing as fast as it can go in the area they like to sit on. Does the school system do that :?: Teaching the young folk they don't need everything is as important to me as teaching them that actual talking is more important than the virtual [stuff in a pile behind a horse] I see happening everywhere.

imo we are seeing the effects of years and years of passing various policies that inch us towards this "utopia". keep in mind that many of the institutions that are implementing this demented agenda were infected and perverted by these facists (what do you call a govt official that takes a little girls lunch?) and were part of what makes america great. thanks for posting doc.

Exclusive: 2nd N.C. Mother Says Daughter’s School Lunch Replaced for Not Being Healthy Enough

AP
North Carolina officials have said there was a misunderstanding when a preschooler’s homemade lunch was sent home for not meeting certain nutritional requirements, but now a second mother from the same school has come forward exclusively to The Blaze to say the same thing happened to her daughter.

Diane Zambrano says her 4-year-old daughter, Jazlyn, is in the same West Hoke Elementary School class as the little girl whose lunch gained national attention earlier this week. When Zambrano picked Jazlyn up from school late last month, she was told by Jazlyn’s teacher that the lunch she had packed that day did not meet the necessary guidelines and that Jazlyn had been sent to the cafeteria.

The lunch Zambrano packed for her daughter? A cheese and salami sandwich on a wheat bun with apple juice. The lunch she got in the cafeteria? Chicken nuggets, a sweet potato, bread and milk.

“She never eats breakfast or lunch at the school,” Zambrano said of her daughter during an interview with The Blaze. “We always wake up early and make her lunch.”

It happens “every so often”

That day, Zambrano said she picked Jazlyn up from school and asked if she ate her lunch.

“She’s not picky about food but you have to be on top of her,” she explained.

When Jazlyn said she didn’t eat what her mother had made her, Zambrano went to her teacher and demanded to know what happened. She said the teacher told her an official had come through that day to inspect students’ lunches and that those who were lacking certain food groups were sent to the cafeteria. After she received her cafeteria food, the teacher told Zambrano, Jazlyn was told to put her homemade lunch back in her lunchbox and set it on the floor.

Zambrano said the teacher told her it was not the first time student lunches have been inspected, and that officials come “every so often.”

Part of a regular program?

The policing of children’s food at West Hoke has been portrayed as an isolated incident, but a curious memo Jazlyn brought home to her mother seems to point to something more.

The memo Jazlyn brought from the school outlines the necessary nutritional requirements students’ homemade lunches must contain: two servings of fruit or vegetables, one serving of dairy, one serving of grain and one serving of meat or meat substitute. Included with the memo was a separate sheet, this one a bill for the cafeteria food Jazlyn was served.

The memo, dated Jan. 27 with the subject line “RE: Healthy Lunches,” was signed by school principal Jackie Samuels and said, while “we welcome students to bring lunches from home … it must be a nutritious, balanced meal with the above requirements. Students, who do not bring a healthy lunch, will be offered the missing portions which may result in a fee from the cafeteria.”

Zambrano, who’s volunteered at the school in the past, said she was never told about any such nutritional requirements before her daughter’s lunch was replaced.

“That‘s not really the school’s responsibility,” she said, adding she’s extremely health-conscious and doesn’t feed her daughter junk food or let her drink soda — or even eat the tater tots or other fried foods often served in the cafeteria.

“They give the choice of pizza and hot donuts…none of that is healthy,” Zambrano said.

According to the program requirements for North Carolina’s pre-kindergarten program, schools “must provide breakfast and/or snacks and lunch meeting USDA requirements during the regular school day.”

The partial or full cost of meals, the requirements state, “may be charged when families do not qualify for free/reduced price meals.
When children bring their own food for meals and snacks to the center, if the food does not meet the specified nutritional requirements, the center must provide additional food necessary to meet those requirements.”

AP
The school’s reaction

Reached Friday morning, a representative from the Hoke County School Superintendent‘s office denied knowing anything about what happened with Jazlyn’s lunch and said they had no record of a complaint. Reached again, a different representative said they had “no information at this time” about the situation. A West Hoke Elementary official similarly denied any knowledge and referred all questions to the school district.

Principal Samuels previously told the Carolina Journal he “didn’t know anything about” parents being charged for cafeteria meals after the first preschooler’s mother — who has not been identified — came forward.

Bob Barnes, assistant superintendent of curriculum and instruction, told the McClatchy News Service Thursday that the first preschooler to make headlines just misunderstood her teacher when she thought she was told to ditch her homemade lunch for one from the cafeteria: the cafeteria items were only meant to supplement the food groups missing from the homemade lunch.

“We are not the lunch bag police,” Barnes told McClatchy. “We would never put a child in any type of embarrassing situation. But we are responsible to see that every child gets a nutritious meal.”

Barnes confirmed there was an agent from Department of Health and Human Services’ Division of Child Development and Early Education at the school Jan. 30 who examined six student lunches and determined one did not make the nutritional cut — presumably the first little girl whose story made news.

Zambrano said she‘s not positive which day Jazlyn’s lunch was inspected, whether it was Jan. 27 — the date the memo was issued — or Jan. 30. Either way, one of two conclusions seem plausible: more than one student’s lunch was changed, or an official inspected student lunches on more than one occasion — which Zambrano said Jazlyn’s teacher told her had been the case.

In a statement to The Blaze, the Division of Child Development and Early Education said it is investigating what happened but flatly denied any of its employees or contractors “instructed any child to replace or remove any meal items.” The division issued a similar statement to McClatchy even after Barnes said it was one of their agents who examined the lunches.

“It is not DHHS’ policy to inspect, go through or question any child about food items brought from home. The facts we have gathered confirm that no DHHS employee or contractor did this,” the statement said.

one of the things that really irks me about this, and it seems to be the pattern in the last two democrat presidents, is first lady setting national policy. first hillary tried to force federal health care down our throats, now michelle my bell has federalized the food in schools! i dont recall either of these women being on the ballet, but here they are acting like elected officials...hmmm.

this is right off the wildlands website, the first paragraph says

"We have got to share this planet with the other living creatures, and sharing means not merely preserving them in zoos or National Parks, but setting aside huge areas. rachatdecredit.net is essential on rachat de credit to raise fund on the Wildlands Project. click here to learn more rachat de credit. Whole regions perhaps that will be free of human interference. Ideally, I would like to see certain large areas of the planet set off-limits to human entry of any kind, even aerial over flights."Edward Abbey-Deep Ecology for the 21st Century: The Natural Wonder: An Ecocentric World View. New Dimensions Radio, 1998

there are many "rightwing conspirators" that believe deep ecology is just paganism, plain and simple.

Hey kids! Uncle Sam wants you to join in the fun of the summer FEMA camp!

Uncle Sam will help you CONCENTRATE in camp by telling you what health care is best for you, what food is best for you to eat, why it is important for your parents to donate one third of their income to the DNC and why the second amendment is silly and needs to be abolished. We not only know what's best for you but we will tell you how your private property should be used and the internal combustion engine will no longer be part of our society.

Hurry kids, spots are filling fast! because sooner or later we will find you!!!!

Proposed RNC Agenda 21 Resolution

I received an email purporting that the Republican National Committee (RNC) has written a resolution exposing the nature and character of the United Nations’ Agenda 21. This resolution was said to be destined for the national Republican convention with intent to pass as a plank for the GOP’s 2012 platform.

I was immediately interested. But I would have to know that this was true. If this proved to be true, I figured to myself, it would be quite a feather in the hat for the liberty movement.

So I wrote to Carolyn McLarty at the RNC and she graciously sent back the good news -

It is true!

The RNC has drafted a resolution which will be presented for inclusion in the 2012 RNC platform. This resolution seeks empowerment to expose the United Nations’ Agenda 21. That is a remarkable victory for the Liberty Movement in America, and especially for all Constitutionalists and Patriots. In my opinion, it is a promising return step, a steering back toward Barry Goldwater style Republicanism.

It has often been said – “Truth will out.” How sweet it is that so many voices are now dignified after being attacked for years by mainstream media and government-issued propaganda. There has also been a noticeable black-out in the mainstream media on the subject of Agenda 21.

Was media silence on Agenda 21 a ploy to keep Americans from becoming aware of the threat of Agenda 21? I cannot say, and perhaps that is irrelevant now, for the truth of Agenda 21 is about to become household knowledge across America.

I will gloat briefly – It is exactly because of that media black-out that so many un-aware Americans have seen their awake and aware neighbors, (those who have been talking about Agenda 21), as kooks or “conspiracy theorists”.

Yet while the RNC is going to let this one out of the box and send it nationwide, most Americans today still do not know a thing about Agenda 21.

Here in Montana there is a good example of that frustration.

I have an Oath Keeper friend who lives at Big Timber, Montana. Officer Kevin McCauley sits on the City Council for Big Timber. He and his Council have taken a lot of flak from various sectors, including from the Montana Human Rights Network, (Montana’s downsized version of the national org called the Southern Poverty Law Center, “SPLC”). Kevin and the Big Timber City Council shut down an Agenda 21 project at Big Timber and a lot of mindless people have screamed bloody murder at him for spearheading that drive. Knowing how he must feel, I checked out the Sweet Grass Council for Constitutional Integrity website and found that this news is already up at the website -

(Kevin, I salute you for your pioneering work at Big Timber, Montana, and for taking the guff in stride as you shut down that Agenda 21 project in your town. Way to go, Bro!)

This exposure by the RNC will greatly benefit the American voter come November, enabling discerning voters to make more fully informed choices. The United Nations is a threat to American sovereignty, to our Constitution, to our Bill of Rights, and specifically to private property ownership by Americans.

Another man who must be delighted by this move by the RNC is Michael Shaw, who is one of America’s premiere educational sources for the truth about Agenda 21 and other globalist fronts. Michael Shaw has been in the trenches for years, fighting to get the word out about Agenda 21. I was fortunate to get to meet him personally when he spoke in Montana a couple of years ago.

Please enjoy his original website, where you can learn all you want to know about Agenda 21 (and other UN or UN-related or UN-parallel group assaults on our country).

But enough of this reveling. Let’s look at the RNC’s resolution itself. Carolyn McLarty has sent me the final draft of the resolution. Here is that actual finalized wording for the resolution:
