My house burned down 6 years ago. It's a tough thing to go through, but at least you're alright.

Very glad to hear that you and Nicole are all right. As many have said so far, material things are replaceable, you two however aren't.

Most important thing is you're safe. All the stuff can be replaced. Talk to your profs.... any of them worth a darn will cut you some slack and help you out. If not.. let us know...

thanks everyone.... me and nicole are staying down the street from our aprtment it is hard for her driving past it everyday ...even though she doesnt say it i know .... but we kinda went through everything we lost the bed ,dressers, couch, all of are school work but thats is it so far... we havent tried any other eltronics yet...when the house started to go up i grabbed guns, tackel box and my labtop and nicole grabbed her labtop , the turtle and all my fishing rods ...i trained her well lol ... but it was just so so scary knowing that we could have lost it all but we were really lucky ... nicole's teachers are helping her out and with notes and if she wants 2 she can take her grade that she has now with out her finals....my teachers havent said anything to me about it so we will just have to see.... i am really thankfull to my friends , and family and everyone else that has helped with support and going through everything me and nicole really wouldnt even know where we would be with out everyone........so i fig. i would just let everyone know we are doing okay and say thanks to everyone :D
