Never been a big fan of the .40 cal, but Beretta is a good brand. The Model 96 has classic looks too.

I like the Crimson Trace grips. One of my local gun shops has an display model that I tried out. I often think about getting them for my SP 101 but haven't yet.

Uncle Mike's has a good selection of holsters, and if you want a holster with a forward cant you can check out Fobus too. It also depends on where you want to conceal it. I'm sure there's a bunch more out there though.
