load of firewood :--D :--D now i have a cord to split and stack. thank god it is cedar, it is still fairly cold at nite,i am likin my woodstove,, :--D ,,, now i can turn the d-----d furnace down,,gas company here are bandits.

i love the smell of the wood burning stoves! and def. will help lower the gas bill lol

Wood is the best to heat with for sure. That is what i do i have a outside wood boiler have had for 3 yrs now. It deffintly helps them gas companys from robbing u.

why would u want cedar for firewood? We use it for kindlin but thats it, it burns too fast. We generally try to cut maple, beech and oak.

jessie,,where i live,southeastern utah,,we have a grand total of three trees we can cut,pinyon pine,cedar or juniper. these are all we have,,if you'd like to load up a couple of semi's with rock maple,send it on down.
