heres a pic. of our team going into the playoffs.

Image

ah, them were good times. small team, and of course, im not in the pic cause i got to tied up in other stuff, you can barely see my face, just barely. if you look hard enough, im by the kid without his shirt on, behind the blond haired kid in the white shirt, and next to the tall one in the red, i got a tiny white light by my head.

and this is my coaches motto:
"If we are to make the play-offs, win the NCTL, and achieve our goals, we need better attendance in our weight room. Being in the weightroom consists of completing ALL your lifts. If you have the drive to be the best athlete you can be, in any sport, you will be dedicated to becoming BIGGER, FASTER, STRONGER... you will not achieve these attributes by relying on talent! Always Remember, Hustle Beats Talent, When Talent Does Not Hustle! Dedication leads to success! Invest now and the rewards will be great! Be a leader! There is no excuse to not be in the weight room!"

Some great advice. Are coach, Dave Williams, says the best thing you can do is lift but he says we don't lift enough. Always says we are behind the other teams and such. He makes it fun but we have went to state playoffs the last 8 years, won conference the last 4. Are coach was coach of the year in Arkansas. Are lifting program ain't really rough. My maxes are on bench, 300. On Squat, 530. On powercline, 245. On incline, 245. I'll try to find a picture of are team.

whats your weight, my weight is 185, and my max on bench is 220, which is pound for pound, but i need to become better to get my name on the upper limit board, max on squat is 280, and power cleans is about 200, we really hit them core lifts hard, and we do auxillary lifts to like explosions, glute hams, dumbell workouts, and so on, our f-ball coach is big time on the weightroom and he makes you work HARD in there.

i think the strongest kid that can bench the most in our school is Carry "CareBear" Bannister, hes uh....hes a big guy...i think hes around 300 pounds, and can bench around 360 pounds. but for his weight he isnt the strongest, he can just lift the most.

We don't have Hockey in Arkansas. Arkansas football is pretty ruff, we are some big ole' country boys down here.

hey guys this is what i like to talk about. i play every sport possible football, basketball, track, baseball, golf, xc. i have the school record for pole vault and last year as a freshman my 400m relay team beat the school record. im on my way to break the 100m and 800m records. we had a huge meet in Norther Michigan Universities dome and i won the 800m, pole vault, and 100m (our team took second to Ontanogon). Ya our football coach has us in the weight room everyday. We started a new program rite after football was done called Bigger, Faster, Stronger. i seen some of you guys already have it. im benching 150, power cleaning 130 i think, paralell squating 220 and box squating 280. id have to say that is pretty good since im 5'10'' 145. im squating as much as our middle line backer. hes got me on bench though by bout 75 pounds.
