I have caught a few with spots on their back and sides.

I catch them all in the same place but I bet it has something to do with a gene pool in the area because most other cats caught around the area are normal colored.

I trap the corner of Saline, Mcpherson, Dickenson, and Marion County and catch quite a few spotted backs.
I am starting to think it is a gene pool thing too.
