I got these guys out of a lake, my buddy was having problems with losing trees on his lakeshore.

You bet he did. Funny thing was, I pulled some #6 shot out of the head and neck area on a couple of them. The shot had penetrated the skin but did not enter the meat, it was just trapped under the skin. That tells me that someone had shot them while they were swimming but it did nothing to solve the problem. Those beavers are tough critters.

And those BB's are heck on a skinning knife. :roll:

you can't doubt that I have hit .22 bullets and bb's skinning a badger he must of gone down hard (A friend killed it when it fought with his dog a 3 in the morning) and in a different badger I hit a nother .22 bullet dead on that reminds me to resharpen my blade
